Before I comment I would like to say that I have no experience in this sort of art. But here goes…
I really like how you have drawn this, it looks really cute and her hat is awesome! I do like the colours but I feel you could of used a few different colours it the background as the hair kind of blends in with it. Other than that I really like it and love her t-shirt.
